Together Through the Lens Organisation Submission Form for organisations

Section 1: Introduction Information

Thank you for participating in Together Through the Lens. 

This project invites organisations across Westmorland and Furness to share photographs and stories that capture the people, relationships, activities and experiences that help make our communities unique. 

Before completing this form, please ensure: 

• You have permission to submit all photographs.
• Appropriate consent has been obtained from identifiable individuals featured in photographs.
• Parent or guardian consent has been obtained for identifiable children and young people under 18 where required.
• Photographs are JPG/JPEG format and no larger than 10MB each. 

Organisations may submit between 1 and 6 photographs and one accompanying story of up to 500 words.
